What a new roof quotation covers

Inspect the roof

We look at the roof shape, existing covering, access and details such as valleys, ridges and chimney junctions.

Define the specification

The proposed materials and work are set out in writing, including membrane, battens, covering and roof details where relevant.

Plan the work

Scaffolding, waste removal and timing depend on the property and the agreed scope. These are discussed before work begins.

Common questions

Do you replace the roof covering and battens?

The scope depends on inspection. A full replacement quotation can include removal of the existing covering and new membrane, battens, tiles and ridge system.

Can you match existing tiles?

We discuss suitable tile options and appearance after seeing the property.

Can you quote while the roof is leaking?
